This two-day Project Management Foundation course provides participants with structured processes, effective tools and techniques used in project management, to manage, monitor and control the projects.

Key features of this course include hands-on exercises and other tools to help the participants understand and practice project management at work. This course is aligned to the processes and terminologies used in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^®Guide) by Project Management Institute (PMI)^®, an international standard for project management practitioners.

This course also incorporated a unique learning experiences through simulation for the participants to learn the dynamics in project environment. The world class Countdown: A Management Game for Project Teams simulation is an effective way to do this – the fun and discovery learning way.
Countdown immerses participants in an intense project that lasts seven simulated months. Small teams of participants move through project milestones, make critical decisions, communicate with stakeholders and manage trade-offs – all under tight deadlines and shifting information. Less than an hour into the simulation, teams work with a Gantt chart, estimate potential delays and costs, evaluate the critical path, assess project risks and make important decisions as they drive a project to success.
