
This three-day Project Management Course provides participants the effective tools and techniques, structured project management processes and common terminology used in project management.
The course is interactive, with emphasis on hands-on exercises on tools and techniques, and case studies. There will be sharing of experience by the trainer incorporated into the class plan.
A unique learning experience for the course is the incorporation simulated project management through “Countdown” group exercise.
At the end of the training, course participants would learn the tools and techniques, key processes and knowledge areas in project management, with special emphasis on Project Planning, Executing, and Control & Monitoring processes. The participants would also be able to understand and appreciate the important elements in project management activities and terminology that aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
