This two-­‐day Project Management Essentialscourse provides participants the basic understanding of the project management framework as defined by Project Management Institute (PMI)®Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®Guide). In addition, this course also covers the basic concept and principles of Agile Practices –an emerging management practicefordynamic project environment.
